The only reason to buy this camera is the 25mm equivalent lense. Otherwise, there is nothing outstanding about it. I went on a tour with this camera, and on several occasions, my friends noticed I was able to capture a full building/scene than their cameras. However, the noise is heavier than expected. Previous user reviews match my experience. I can't improve on uzin's review, but did want to second those comments. Highlights/Lowlights: 1. Construction and user interface/features exceeded my expectations. 2. The 24mm equiv wide-angle is a dream for landscapes 3.
