takes excellent pictures - esp. landscape. i was afraid that the pictures wouldn't be sharp enough, but after having the camera for 6 months, i don't notice the reduced level of sharpness. another great thing is that the battery lasts a long time. one of my prior cameras was a canon and evidently they STILL haven't fixed that problem. i only had to charge this once every 3 weeks while i was on a 4 mo. trip around the world. Support for the camera was great. i had some spots from lint/dust ...

Excellent small camera. Very easy to use. Excellent photos in good conditions. Well built. Excellent value for money considering the Leica c-lux 3 is double the price. Problems: Not so good for indoor photography. Results so-so in dull conditions.

This camera has very nice features, but since I bought it Panasonic launched something like 15 new cameras with similar characteristics: does anybody understand this strange politic? It's disappointing!!!!!!! Problems: Panasonic Strategic Marketing Policy

This is an excellent ultra-compact, that is small enough to take anywhere. The iA funtion makes the right exposure decisions correctly 95% of the time. The super-wide angle 25mm lens is a real boon to take in interior flash shots and landscapes. I found the pictures sharp, even more so if I reduce the quality to 5MP instead of 10MP. Problems: none

I've had the camera for a month and I'm very satisfied. I was after a small pocket camera with a wide angle lens and the Panasonic fits the bill. The camera has a quality feel about it and I like the matt surface better than the similar Leica model. Images have been good. So far only viewed on a screen, but color, exposure and sharpness are good. The stabilizer function is excellent and I have been happy with low light results. Pros: Its so small, I always have it with me. Nice modern design ...

I was on the search for a new digicam recently. Main requirement: it had to be small enough to fit in the pocket allowing me to carry it everywhere I go. So after a comprehensive shootout I found myself with two contenders: the FX37 and the FX150. So I lend both at my favourite seller and did a thorough testing. The FX150 had a slight resolution advantage, but IQ did not really profit from that because of unpleasant noise. At ISO 100 and 200 both cams were at similar levels, but from ISO 400 ...

I have owned the FZ18, FZ28, TZ3, FX35, FX500 and now this FX37. I have settled on a combo of the FZ-28 for creative stuff and huge lens range, manual control and such. I use the FX37 as my pocket camera. I agree with previous post, the lens range is one of the main bonuses. The quality if wonderful as well, better than FX500 just slightly. The feature set of great and the controls are easy to use. The battery life decent and it has been robust in many conditions. The only possible ...

I bought this fx37 as a complement to my Canon 40D. First - it is small enougt to always bring it along. To get a good picture the first thing you must do is to bring a camera! Most of the time I bring my fx37 instead of my 40D. Second - the wide angle of 24¤ is great. It is easy to get photoes in a room and get most of the room in the picture. Third - the 5x optical zoom is large enough for most pictures you will need, special handheld with the anti-shake. The anti-shake is a great help to ...
