I am one of many happy men converted to Mirrorless MFT from DSLR APS sensor. I switched from D7000 to EM-5 after few years and models of Nikon DSLR cameras (started with D40). I have to recognize that it was a little painful to see all my glass and equipment go, but I do not regret it at all. So far I am happy with my new Olympus, specially because of the weight and bulk difference. Now I can fit 2 primes and 3 zooms in my little walking-around bag without feeling a shoulder pain. That was ...

I am an enthusiastic amateur that has been using the Panasonic FZ150 bridge camera for several months. I am very pleased with the all round ability of this camera. It delivers some very nice photos BUT there is just something lacking. I suppose I'd say there was no 'punch' or 'oomph' in the photo's. The experienced user or pro would probably say it was lack of image quality or whatever. Anyway, I decided I'd look at the whole market and see what was about and suit my needs. I didn't really ...

The OM-D E-M5 is now the camera that goes everywhere with me. The image quality rivals my Sony Alpha 580. It makes me think twice before I bother with the Alpha 850. So many features are a joy to use. My favorite is the touch screen. When shooting on a tripod, put the OM on a 2 second delay, tap on the LCD where you want the focus, and it does the rest. I worked with and loved the original analog OM's for many years, and I really do feel that the OM is back and better than ever. I would have ...

I purchase my OM-D only in August, but I am already able to say that I am really happy for my choice. After many and many years with manual SLR cameras, and after a Oly EPL-2 e EPL-3, I am trying again the pleasure of photographing in manual: it is really easy to control times and diaframm. But all the controls in general are easy to be found and understood. Quality of pictures: excellent Quality of camera: excellent

I have been using this camera now for 7 days now. I am very impressed with everything this camera has to offer over the previous mirrorless models. Auto focus is fast and reliable EVF is excellent. the Auto focus assist lamp is great to have and this lamp appears to be stronger then the one on the EP3. Control layout is good for a camera this small even w/ my big hands. OLED is very nice and seems to catch colors better then on the EP3. Battery life seems on par with the other m4/3's by Olympus.

What a great little camera. I own an Olympus E5 and and E1 along with a bunch of SHG lenses. I was interested in this camera as my first m4/3 foray, and my first camera with an EVF. I've been so impressed with the camera's capabilities. It's small, but not too small for my man sized hands. I't every easy to carry around. All the time. And that's what I've noticed has changed a lot with my photography over the last month or so since having it. I take a lot more photos, i'm more likely ...
