I've used this camera for about four years now, and for it's size and limitations- it has been an excellent camera. Time and advancements in technology have made this model somewhat outdated, but for the money it has been an incredible little tool. I've used it for almost every conceivable application- landscape, portrait, still set-up and it hasn't let me down yet. Good size, rugged build and common sense controls can't be scoffed at. I am hard pressed to make the upgrade to a new digital!!! ...

I've had this camera for a while now, and I just love it, I carry it with me in case there's something worth taking a picture of, or whatnot. I am planning on buy something bigger, better resolution, more features but, not right now. Problems: Only complaint is that the software that came with it, isn't the best. So I bought a USB smartmedia reader, and am now using it on my ibook with iphoto instead.

I've owned this camera for about 2 years and overall I'd say it’s excellent. The truth is that I keep looking for reasons to buy a new camera and in terms of picture quality I simply can't justify it. I have a friend with a Nikon 995 (3.3 meg pix) who has to cut his pictures down to my size (1.3) to make them viewable on the web sites he posts to; so what’s the point? Well, I suppose printing - but I don't print, I e-mail. Recently I used two Minolta cameras for a week, the Dimage X (2.1) ...

I bought this camera in the spring of 2000 and still using it today. I've taken over 8000 photos, in all types of conditions. I left the camera outside for 2 days once and recovered it on the morning of the 3rd day covered with moisture. Had no problems with it after this. At an airshow a helecopter landed close by and threw up dirt while flaring, the camera was basically sandblasted and filled with grit. After cleaning out with compressed air, other than a very small chip in the lens she ...

Very impressive results. Have used it for over 6 months now. Many a person is convinced on "why a digital camera". Problems: Support in India is not very good, but have been an ardent Olympus owner all along - Mini AF-1, I-1000 to this !!

Excellent camera overall, have been using it for almost 2 years. Problems: Need help in printing 4x6 size photo. I tried really hard to print 4x6 photos, but unable to do it. Is it because of 1280x960 images? Please help. Thanks. Email me please.

After a professional photograher viewed some of my pictures, he decided it was time to get into Digital. He said my pictures were better than the ones he took at the same event at the same time. I upgraded from a Oly 220dl, loved that camera, and love this one. It takes great photos and if you use lithium batteries, goes for months without changing batteries. Problems: Lens failed to close for several weeks, but problem went away -(my grandaughter dropped it prior to this problem)

I've had this camera about 5 months now and am very happy with it. It produces a VERY good quality image that will print great around 5x7" and still impressive at 8x10". The resolution is good enough for a home snapper and most people don't use a screen resolution as high as 1280x960 anyway ( I use 800x600 and usually view the images "fit to screen" to that resolution ). Battery life is good and I can get around 160 pictures ( 64mb card ) at best resolution including transfere to pc with ...
