Very good camera for the price,I bought at Currys last Month and it came with a 16 MB memory card plus a free 32 MB card. Excellant value. The software could be better. Problems: Burns up normal batteries in minutes, best to purchase rechargable 1700 mAh batteries. No case for it.

I bought this camera a few days ago as a factory refurb and got quite an amazing deal. The camera itself does not feel cheap and the construction seems good. The features for a camera of this price is oustanding. Battery life is a problem, though ive just started using nicads and they are ok. As for the software, its usless. The USB drivers that you install with the software actually place the camera as an extra hard drive on your machine, so forget the software, just plug in machine, go my ...

Great camera for starters. 2 megpix really produces fine images. but then images tend to be a little noisy.Superb color reproduction and USB interface is great. Very good sensitivity even in low light situation. Camera comes with a small soft carrying case..! LCD is great and sharp but then can't help getting it smudged after a photoshot session. Small size and affordable prize. recommended for everyone. Problems: Alkaline Battery life , not as bad as they say Last quite long if the LCD is ...

This is my first digital camera and i'm impressed with it. I would like optical focus but hey you can't get everything in one for the price i paid (£149). I'm really pleased with it as it was able to do all i wanted. Excellent little camera for the first timer. Go an buy some NI-MH 1700mAp and get a couple of those and you wont even need power supply. Problems: The betteries i got with it were flat.

First digital camera bought for myself (I have used a few in the past). Excellent value for money. The images taken are great for posting on a website. If printing needed, use the hightest quality setting for some great shots. I will never go back to a more 'conventional' film-based camera! Problems: Set of batteries supplied were flat. Recommend using re-chargeable ones.

bought the camera from index at £164.What first drew my attention to it was the 16mb card, the cheaper models(not much cheaper) had only 8mb.This camera is a great way to introduce the first timer to digital photography. It is simple to use, takes really high quality images, and it has a bit of weight in the construction, very good price. Problems: mainly battery life (forget normal pencil batteries) they are gone in minutes. There was no case included. The ac adaptor cost me £49 !! so beware.

Got the C-2 last weekend .This is my first digital camera as with all the other reviews the battery life with Alkalines was terrible.Bought Lithium pack and still playing around with the camera.Great fun and to me it has plenty of good features, good quality pictures as well Problems: Softwear supplied was tricky at first but would love to upgrade it for complete USB connection. No case was supplied which is an insult to a great camera.

Nice intro to digital. Highly automated, don't expect too much creative control over shutter or aperture. Good weight and feel, quick to use for candids but slightly slow autofocus needs getting used to. Well worth reading the advanced manual on the CD, playing around with the menus and familiarising yourself with the icons(they are a bit small). Well worth shopping around the high street, prices can vary from £150 specials to over £250. No optical zoom but if you can get it at the lower ...

The camera is very good and it's an excellent value for money(with 16mb). Very easy to use, good design, light weight, the lcd is fine, the menus are ok, ... Liked it a lot! :) Problems: Batteries. You have to buy rechargeable batteries and a recharger...
