Opinion: I purchased the D-370 about three weeks ago and have NOT changed the batteries. The camera was purchased to photograph a house under construction and to download photos onto the computer. We have been very pleased with the ease of use and the quality of photos on the computer. This camera was chosen because it was an update of the D--360 and the battery life was improved. We are very happy with the battery life so far.
Problems: Not yet.
Opinion: I have purchased this Olympus camera few weeks ago. With quality of images I am satisfied for this price level. Creates nice pictures, best if sunshine in exteriors. In interior C-100 makes good pictures only with built in flash, even ISO 100-400 has equiped. Camera has fix focusing, no auto focusing for all that has quick taking photos. USB Auto Connect function is great you must only plug USB cable into computer (with Windows 98 installed) and then to camera and camera is immediatelly recognized as removable disk. Picture files download speed is pretty good, more quickies like through serial RS 232 link. I am using Smart Media card though this camera has internal flash memory about 2 MB I think. LCD display looks great. Battery power consuption is lowest I have expected, better power management was integrated into camera. And at last 2 years warranty you get for Olympus cameras. I am expecting another serious opinions and experience with this camera.
Problems: No problems known.
Opinion: Cheap, but you get what you pay for: features ok, but construction seem cheap
Problems: Froze while writing a high res pic
Opinion: I got this camera a few days ago and I am very very happy with it
I recommend this to the first time buyer
