I've had this camera for over 1 1/2 years. I use Nikon DSLR as well as several other bridge cameras by Panasonic and Fujifilm. I got it for a good price as Nikon was introducing P100 to replace this model. I wish I hadn't bought this one. Outside on a sunny day, pictures come out ok, but its performance indoors is dismal. On default program setting, the pictures are blurry and ISO setting above 400 is noisy and useless. You have to coax performance from this thing using manual settings. ...

simply horrible .ALL the disappointed owners need to get together. There seems to be something very very wrong with sensor and I mean that with as much intensity as I can place with words. Of all the cameras I ever tried this was the worst. PLus if you go to ebay you will have noticed Cammedia or a reseller selling reconditioned P90s by the hundreds if not thousands. Were they bad cameras that were fixed and original owners didn't want? This camera is very recent so whats the deal Nikon? Or ...

Needing a small camera to carry with me at all choosing the p90 was an easy choice. Rather than carrying a dslr the research payed off under the extreme conditions of winter in Fairbanks Alaska and riding my bicycle while shooting (yes in the winter) it was a good choice. The intentions were to use it for test shots and after seeing the results it soon became the main camera. The image quality surpassed my expectations as well as the color reproduction, the ease of operations with gloves on ...

I am a keen amateur photographer in photography, but this camera has excellent response to all my tests. Be clear that the automatic mode is bad, not the color or even give a proper definition, but by working in other modes, all the shortcomings of the automatic mode removed. I have worked in manual modes and ISO 200 upwards is noisy, but lower ISO pictures are lovely. color as the weaknesses are fully manageable with manual adjustment of automatic or manual white manual modes, in fact, ...

Good camera. I can see that some people have some problems with this camera. In my opinion, this is good point and shot camnera. This is not DSLR. You got what you paid. Problems: It is slow a little bit.

I BOUGHT THIS CAMERA FOR THE FEATURES DESCIVED. BUT REALITY IS DIFFERENT! THE SENSOR IS NOT GOOD, AND THE PHOTOES ARE BAD. Problems: AUTOFOCUS DOES'NT WORK FINE. IMAGE QUALITY ARE WORST. THE LCD IS NOT GOOD, AND ONLY IN THE PC YOU CAN SEE THAT THE PHOTOES ARE NOT GOOD

I bought this camera same day I bought my Canon SX120 IS and it wasn't even close to what I expected. This camera was terrible because whites were gray and yellow? Images were grainy up close and with the 24x optical zoom. Even on a tripod the optical zoom pics come out grainy. The camera is extremely bulky and I spent way to long trying to figure out the color balance. Ridiculous, because I all I wanted to do was to charge and take a picture. This camera is all manual and I could not ...

This is my honest experience with Nikon P90: I am an artist (painter) and needed a high mega pixel camera to photograph my paintings for reproduction. I researched for 3 months to make sure which camera I wanted. I came to the conclusion that the Nikon P90 had every single feature I wanted and within the price range I had. I read some bad reviews but I figured it couldn’t be that bad and I would give it a shot. I received this camera for my birthday last week. I have never been so excited. Th ...

I love this camera. I am a grandmother who loves to scrap, and create art from my photos. I am also a nature lover who loves animal and bird photos. I find this camera is perfect for me. It is light and very easy to use. This means I can always have it handy, since it is so easy to carry around and take wonderful pictures of the grandkids. I took it birding, and got beautiful photos I would not have taken with my previous camers. The telephoto range is out of sight. It was quite easy ...

Very easy to use as point-n-shoot camera and also allow a Manual mode where you can configure all adjustments, including focus. Light weight and compact size with an incredible super zoom. Lot of interesting features including a very good panorama assistant. I have taken 1500 photos so far and I satisfied with the photos quality, some of them were very good, some good, and few not that good. The battery life is about 1 day, if you take lot of pictures you will need a extra battery. Very fast ...
