Opinion: Excellent camera!!!!!!!!!!!
Opinion: wide angle lens
good photo quality
prosumer look
sharp marco
Problems: save photos slow
eat battery
control panel too complicated
too expensive
Opinion: Small, convenient digicam with fast enough respons. Here are some samples:

and ISO tests

Problems: not exact a problem but the proprietary power plug makes you have to buy
the optional AC adapter or use expensive batteries
Opinion: Robust, Fast response, great battery life, very clear LCD under all lighting conditions, tones of adjustment parameters, great converters range both the ultra wide angle and the new Phresnel-tele. both compact and powerful. the wide converter has very low barrel distortion, it is as close you get to a 12-24 on D70.
The vertical grip is fabulous. I use 6 AA batteries and it feels like a mini-D2H in hand.
Problems: Propreiety battery, wish it had a larger aperture above the mere 7.9 (10.3 like CP4500), also want to see the zoom level shown live in mm on LCD. the LCD guide lines too 'fat', put them on diet and leave the old good cross Nikon. NikonView was better than Picture project (not hat I care much cuz I use the Capture).
