The design and ease of use of this camera is wonderful but I strongly recommend against buying one! The image quality was passable (but not great). My major complaint with this camera is that it only lasted 2 weeks. I was away on a trip, carrying the camera in a backpack and the lens cover stopped working and the camera no longer focused properly. Minolta refused to fix the camera under warranty.
