Very satify with camera. This is my second compact digital camera. I was used F100 before I sold it to my brother. I hope there is some firmware to enable its macro mode. I have try qhaha comment and it works. Problems: N/A

I have been using the camera excessively for a week now - will return to update this review. So far it has produced amazing pictures. The night time long aperture shots turn out incredibly clear, due to the noise reduction. The camera seems to shoot an extra image with the lid closed to subtract, eliminating virtually all noise but adding of course exactly the aperture time before you see the outcome. As said by others, the camera gives you great control over settings, allowing to set ...

Very easy to use. Good ratio of size/features. Excellent image quality even in artifical light. Problems: Zoom is slow.

Problems: - My box comes with a Sanyo NC-MQR01 charger and 2 X Sanyo 1850 mAh batteries. Seems the DC consumes power a lot. It runs out of batteries very fast - when it is running out of power (the red flag is on), sometimes the system is halted after a photo is taken. Switch off the DC cannot help. I have to take out the batteries

Excellent camera, easy to use, good quality images. Was a bit worried about battery use at first but is ok now i've got some decent NIMH batteries. Got this after 5 (yes 5!) faulty Canon Powershot cameras three S45's and two S50's and am very happy this is ok. Blue Fringing seems better than the Canons and this was a lot cheaper as well! Example images can be seen at my website: http://www.bootsandpaws.co.uk Problems: None

+ small + excellent image quality + sharpness + good flash + less noise in darker pictures, best for ultra-compact size + very cheap batteries o zoom a bit to slow + Fantastic Price !!! + good automatic functions but also lot of manuals + perfect macro pictures Overall: 4 mp Ultra-Compact cam which is good for traveller pictures and also for those who wants to try lot of camera settings. And the price is great. This cam makes better pics than the dimage f 300, and is even cheaper. So forget ...

Haven't had my F200 for very long as I write this. It replaces a cheap Jenoptik (Jen who? Exactly. Now you know why I replaced it) that was my first toe in the digital photography pool. I think everyone goes "wow" when they get their first digital. I did with the Jenoptik, but now with the Minolta, the "wow" isn't there. Don't get me wrong though, it is a good camera, I'm just used to the whole digital thing now. 4mp is good enough for all but the pickiest. I have experimented with ...

This camera takes good pictures. I have some small reservations: there remains a slight digital 'edge' to some images (also commented on in DCResource review). Nice solid build and fairly compact shape. I think I made the right size/quality tradeoff for me -- can't tell you if it will be right for you. Startup seems to be around 4 secs, and min/max or max/min zoom around 3 secs. [couldn't find these figures anywhere else, just comments that that they were better than F100]. Shot-to-shot ...

- Nicely constructed and balanced; easy to hold. - The lens is quite sharp. - Very reasonable set of features. - The LCD screen is nice and crisp. - Use of AA batteries makes it very convenient. Problems: - Very power hungry (I went through a set of 2000mAh batteries with just 100 or so photos, using flash 25% of the time) - Some important functions (e.g. white balance) requires going through the menu. I wish there was a user-customizable quick functions key. - Minolta really should include ...
