I agree with all the other reveiwers about the under exposed images indoors. I thought that it was just me being daft. Yuo can brighten them in various programs though, so its not a major problem. Battery life is poor, I use Duracell Ultras and they seem the best so far. Problems: No problems in 18 months

I have had this camera for more than a year. I must have gotten one of the best because my pictures are terrific. I am a teacher and have taken many pictures of my students.(HS) We have used them as screen savers on the computer and on the TV and they are beautiful. Prints are poor, because most of the printers are not up to the camera. It takes no experience to get good results. One of the first things I added was a battey unit that Minolta doesn't mention as being an option, but I have ...

I used this camera for 15 month and I think is a good camera with good quality on outdoors picrures. I also think that is easy to use. For a biginner photographer this is the camera! Problems: The only problem I found on this camera was indoor pictures, which are most of the time underspose

I've had this minolta for a year now. I never use it anymore, it's total garbage. Those who give this a positive review haven't seen what else is out there. Pictures are consistantly underexposed, and appear blurry. Outdoor photos in daylight are fine. I trusted that Minolta would be a quality brand to buy, and I was let down. I'll never buy a minolta again because of this camera. Problems: underexposed pictures, crappy battery life, annoying beeps.

An excellent introduction to digital photography.Very basic point and shoot camera....simplicity itself ! Problems: Could not download images directly to PC with Windows XP. I had to purchase a separate CF reader.

After 15 months with the D2300 I'm still pleased with it - I find the image quality good and the camera is easy to use. It's easy enough for other family members to 'point and shoot' but is capable of turning out photos that are good enough for publication (and have been published, actually). The video output is great for showing the pictures off quickly with no fuss (good for technophobe relatives!). Problems: Occasionally it delivers underexposed images but I've always managed to fix them ...

I was all excited to get my first digital camera, and boy what a let down this Dimage 2300 was. Its about useless for indoor photo's. They come out dark and fuzzy. The flash either isn't powerful enough, or it totally washes out everything. I've used other digital camera's and my webcam takes a better picture. Its very awkward to view pictures after you take them and worst of all is the noise this thing makes! it's loud! and it beeps every time you hit a button, and you can't shut the ...

Don't waste you money! Poor photo quality, poor features. Problems: Takes dark photos. My 1.2 kodak takes much better photos.
