Now cheaper with extra mem and dock - Especially happy with the ease of use and value for money. Dealers are now bundling this camera with a 128Mbyte SD/MMC memory card and the kodak EasyShare camera dock II for the same price as the camera cost in March 2004. That is, the ram and dock (which is about 50% the price of this camera) now come bundled for free with the camera purchase (See www.officeworks.com.au for this bundled deal). - The dock II is great for ...

This is my first digital camera, I read a few reviews of this one and other 4MP - 5MP cameras and this one had the best over all review. So far I have not been disapointed, the images have so far been crystal clear and the zoom has been top quality. Problems: No camera case. Other than that an excellent buy.

I just replaced my old 3.1 mp polaroid digital camera, which was stolen, with the DX4590. purchased the camera with the 4000 printer dock and travel bag as a combination @Sears for $399. Found this website much helpful for researching my purchase. Comparing it to my old polaroid I have noticed an immediate difference not only in details and clarity, but also a huge difference in colors. The colors produced by the Kodak camera are brighter and more vivid. I wanted a camera that would be ...

I couldn't buy a better digital cam with as good of quality - megapixels - ease of use for the same money....all the others I compared - Canon SD10 and Kyocera LV4 or LV3 had 4mp or less and most reviews for it were below par for my liking - so far this camera has exceeded my expectations and I love it Problems: none so far

Good: It is a great 5MP P&S camera for the price. It is very easy to use. The Macro feature can produce great close up. Movie feature can capture up to whatever capacity the memory card has. Color is vivid (rather than Natural). Excellent for beginner users. since everything is Auto. Could improve on: Shutter Lag, chromatic aberration is pronounced (purple fringing), flash exposure can be better, could have a manual exposure mode (but for this price you won't expect this)

This is a well priced camera that takes excellent pictures. It's construction could be better, the lens cap is easy to bump off and a few of the covers, the easy share one for example, can bump open and I put tape over them immediately. The software is ok. I had read a few things about spyware, this is kodak's software updater and I turned it off anyway. It has a decent flash. Battery life seems ok. I don't use the LCD when I am taking photo's only to review. I use the view finder. The ...

I am new to digital photography, but I selected the DX4530 because it seemed to provide all the right features at the right price. While manual controls are limited, the automated features are all you need to 'point and shoot'. The camera feels good in the hand and is extremely easy to use. I was up and running in less than a couple of minutes. The 5mp produce crisp, clear, realistic photos and 32mb onboard memory ensure that you are taking photos as soon as you open the box. I bought the ...

My camera that will be in the glove compartment of my car. I can't judge this against the Fuji S2 Pro, which usually stays at home because of its size, or against Sony 828, the new 8 MP camera, which is also large and heavy and I take it with me only for specific sessions. But the 300 USD Kodak will be with me all the time, to capture the moments you usually see but have no means to take a photo. Now comes the surprising part. Kodak 4530 gives excellent photos with saturated colors (like old ...
