Opinion: Good entry level 3.1 mp camera
Problems: low zoom
Opinion: My first experience of 3 megapixel plus. Results are good. Camera is physically too small for a working tool, or my hands are too big. Kodak sells docking station as extra - can't see why it is not included, since battery pack appears to be unique, so other chargers don't make sense. Cost me $Can 699, got 64 MB Kodak picture card for $40.
Problems: Small physical size, short lanyard, and no obvious candidate for a protective case available (seems a little fragile). Battery pack appears unique (2 Ni MH in carrier).
Opinion: Oversaturated images. Some unnatural colors.
Problems: Underpowered Zoom. Should be at least 3x for the price class.
Opinion: 3 mega pix does excel in pic quality (compared to Nikon coolpix 950). Operations are considerably easy and straight to the point. Owners manual(CD-rom) is easy to navigate and understood. Color selections are cool(color, Sephia, B&W). Many selections of pic resolutions. Quite mechanism. The digital zoom seems to work great & produces reasonably good quality result. Great camera with minor draw back. Not perfect but good.
Problems: Camera cannot take Alkaline battery, only their version of Li-Ion or Nihm rechargable battery. Can't even use regular non alkaline. Pic download software creates some hastle sometimes(my PC is Sony VAIO laptop). Cannot take pic of an object too close; pic becomes blur. Very limited focus. Using the LCD screen when taking pic with regular rechargable battery is pointless. That'll last you few minutes.
