Opinion: The Kodak EasyShare C300 is basically a restyled EasyShare CX6200-with the same
button layout and fixed 37mm lens. but in a body similar to that of the CX7330.

What's improved over the CX6200 is the megapixels-3.2MP versus 2.0MP and the
digital zoom now is 5x instead of 3x. Also added to the mode dial is a night scene
mode in addition to the auto and movie mode.

There is no ISO control available-similar to the CX6200.
Exposure compensation is available though.

Image quality is OK for a fixed lens Kodak camera and seems to be better than the
CX6200.

Movies can be recorded-only upto 30 seconds like the CX6200

Opinion: This is an okay camera if you don't want very much.

Problems: - Feels to light, sort of cheap feeling
- Fails to provide any major features
- No sound in film mode
- Can only take movies of a maximum length of 30 sec.

Opinion: This is a decent camera, if you just want to take pictures in general. But for photography, it isn't all that good. I really want a new camera. This is just.....bleh.

Problems: 1) The noise levels are slightly high

2) The image quality isn't so great.

3) It eats up batteries!!

4) There is only digital zoom- no optical! Come on, now....

5) When you want to use the "self timer", you have to keep going back to it and click it after you take each picture. It's annoying.

Opinion: Good camera for the price we pay. Gives fairly good images if there is enough light. Easy to use controls. If you don't have high expectations, this camera should do for your medium needs.

Problems: 1) Menu gets set to default settings if camera is turned off.

2) Little or no use for flash. Won't give good pictures in dark.

3) Unless with tripod, night mode wont give you unshaken picture.

4) Fairly high battery consumption.

5) Poor LCD. Picture is not as bright as we see in LCD after we shoot it.

Opinion: This is a great camera for the beginner! I don't know why some people want to pay almost nothing, and expect all the features of a higher priced camera. This camera takes wonderful pictures and is quite easy to use. Also the fact that is does not have optical zoom does not make this camera a bad camera! I purchased this camera for my grand daugher, and she loves it. Just the perfect camera for her to learn photography with.

Problems: None, for the cost of the camera, there are no problems.

Opinion: Wonderful little camera that gives nice clean pictures. It actually has an optical finder and, while not great, it's as good as the finder on a camera costing ten times as much.

Con
Too many features. Flash is unreasonably weak and defaults to "on". Shutter lag is a bit unreasonable. No sound with movie ( might as well have no movie)

A 21st century Box Brownie, just the thing for the beach, and all for $99

Problems: Wouldn't format card from another camera.

Opinion: The image quality is good for the amount of money you spend on this camera.

I would reccomend this as a "starter" camera for most. Basic features allow ease of use and easy learning. Great software, but needs to include a photo enhancing program in the future.

Problems: Digital Zoom is a drag, no optical zoom makes this camera a "beginner'' camera. Digital Zoom makes the quality of pictures horrible when zooming.

Opinion: A friend of mine was given this camera as a birthay present, the first thing i noticed was
that it didn't have optical zoom and only digital. After noticing this i realised that this
camera is rubbish and there is no point not having optical zoom.

This would have to be one of the worst Kodak cameras around.
