To improve the quality of photos.I have had my camera only for about a month. It DOES as many have said EAT batterys, however rechargables work just fine. Also i had the same problem with the software as alot of people uploading the photos. That problem is solved simply by purchasing a "reader" from walmart for about $20.00. The reader instantly picks up the photos on an added drive on your computer. The software is very simple to install and the reader simply plugs into a usb port. The main ...

This camera has nothing but isuues, on my 2nd one going to have it replaced for a 3rd time only because I paid for it bundled with with a p1000 HP printer (which the printer is fantastic). The issues: Battery hog, plan to take the batteries out when you aren't using the camera because it will drain the batteries in a day or so Camera will fail to turn on (even with fresh batteries installed) reason for 1 return, camera worked for 3 hours and then it failed to turn on even with fresh batteries ...

This is the worst digital camera I have ever used, and I agree with EVERYONE, this thing eats through batteries like nothing...I never get a full even use of one round of batteries...I have had nothing but trouble since I got it over a year ago. It takes for ever for the picture to take, the picture quality is average at best. Sometimes the LCD screen works, sometimes it wont...I am now moving on to a better camera with RECHARGEABLE batteries... Problems: Batteries, batteries, batteries...

i really havent had any problems with this camera. it does eat battery's pretty quick, but now im using 1700 mAh NiMH batteries, and ive taken over 150 pics and have yet to change the batteries. the quality of the pics is great for a 1.3 MP camera. I dont know why so many others are having problems mine seems to be working great :) Problems: Eats batteries...use 1700 mAh NiMH batteries to resolve this ;)

Dpreview is magic!!! Problems: All'inizio con le batterie, risolto con le Ni-Mh. Un pò lenta, ma va bene così. Presto mi ...

I've bought this camera for $128 in early Feb '02, and I've been very happy with it (great value for the money paid). I share lots of pics with my friends from all over the world, absolute great for that purpose. I got 4 rechargable, 1600mAh that work great. Problems: none.
