Having upgraded my X-T1 and X-E2 with the latest FW, the JPGs in both cameras have that lovely Color Chrome film simulation as a choice. I always shot RAW+JPG and in PP (LR5) I often want to use the ColorChrome profile on my raw (RAF) files. It works very well with my X-T1 files, but you can not see that profile when I try to convert the RAF files from the X-E2 to that specific film simulation (everything else looks the same). The raw conversion in the X-E2 to ColorChrome works very...
I used to be able to connect my early Fuji Bridging Camera to a laptop and monitor the viewfinder and its content on screen. Is there any way of doing this with the X-E2 range? I know we now have the Tablet App, but that is not the same as seeing the content of the viewfinder when working the camera, and possibly demonstrating its use and features with a projector.
Hi, first post and new camera, a Fuji XE2. Loving the camera and image quality, but learning about best settings for various situations. A versatile option, one which I can use indoors, or on hikes or during holidays etc. Oh also, I am hoping I will be able to take selfie shots of family using my xshot extender with the XF 23mm (35mm equivalent) lens. After researching for more than a week, I feel the Fuji XE2 body only with the 23mmF1.4R lens...
Let's say for example you have an adapted lens without aperture ring to use on an X-T1...(or X-E2)...do you have to shoot wide open or is there a way to "trick" the lens to change apertures? --Dwighttake a peek at the world I see athttp://www.flickr.com/photos/96816407@N07/http://picasaweb.google.com/dwightparker
