Opinion: The camera has a awesome outlook, you will not have any problems impressing
your friends with the camera. However, the glossy exterior attracts many
fingerprints. The touch screen is acceptable with occasional lag. Screen is sharp and
vibrant.
However, this camera is not without its flaws.
1) EXR Auto uses ISO 400 and 800 regularly and the image quality is not fantastic
as compared to F200exr or F70exr
2) Although the zoom range is large (5X), the camera loses focus and the focusing
speed is slow
3) No zoom in video
4) ISO not accessible from display, it is hidden in the sub-menus
5) No wide angle
People looking for a stylish camera with excellent image quality should not turn to
Z700exr. Sony TX7 would be a better choice.
Opinion: good
