While I generally like the Fuji X-S1 and have used it a lot since I got it, I began having issues with the EVF earlier this year. If I'm out shooting on a sunny day, the EVF begins to develop hot spots, they don't affect the photos in any way. Apparently bright sun is somehow etching or burning spots on to the EVF. Having tested out the X_s1, I have to say it is the best in its superzoom category. Its manual zoom lens is much more convenient. It has a much more solid feel compared to nikons and canons which feels plastic. Its image quality is relatively good thanks to its larger sensor than most others in its range and 4 aspherical elements. Problems: Expensive!
