Fujifilm FinePix HS35EXR

As in my title I have a few questions about my new Fujifilm Finepix HS25.  I am also new to the forums so i hope im putting this in the right sectionNow I have only had this camera for less than a week and I am new to photography. I have been able to get some good manual mode pictures but I have a few questions. In manual mode i have not been able to get 30 second exposure other than on 100ISO Is there any way to get 30 second exposure on any other ISO settings?  Is there any longer exposure...

How do I find the ON/OFF in the menu?  And is there any place to find a simple explanation ofsome of the controls?  I downloaded the manual for the HS30EXR (did not find one for the 25} but it really isn't a big help.

Question: When shooting video with the HS30 and the max limit of 29 minutes is reached, does recording stop altogether? Or, does it pick up where it left off and automatically start recording to a new file?Although I like much of what I read about the HS30, its user manual says, "Recording ends automatically when the movie reaches maximum length" which, according to specs at fujifilm.com, is 29 minutes.If that's true, it's a deal-killer for me.
