Great Camera User Interface (locations of buttons etc) is great. I did not really have to read the manual, which is how I like to use it. Great software on the Mac. Reads camera like a hard-disk. drag and drop into folders. Good Optics and 3.3 MP is about where I cannot eyeball the difference on a good 5X7 print. Competitively priced package: dock, Li-ion, 16MB smedia. Bought it for $570 including shipping from Abesofmaine. turned out to be a german product (with PAL video out) oh well. won't ...

My all new FujiFilm FinePix 6800Z gave me trouble from the start. The flash didn´t open, it looked like the "flash door" didn´t slide like it should do. The only way to open it is to use your finger nail. This is not good. And it makes me wonder a little about the quality. Problems: ANYBODE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM?

PLEASE. NEVER BUY A FUJI. THE CAMERA "CAN" BE GOOD, IF YOU ARE LUCKY. BUT WHEN YOU NEED THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICES, LIKE ME, YOU GET A CAMERA BACK MORE WORSE THAN BEFORE. Problems: MOST WORSE AFTER SALES SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THEY CAN PURSUE ME, BUT I HAVE THE PROVES. BEWARE OF FUJI

After much research and trial of cameras i was in the phase of deciding which new digital camera to get. I had previously had a Nikon Cool Pix 990, and having been happy with it's performance & image quality in almost all areas, the choice of new camera was going to need some kickarse qualities to supercede the Nikon. I wanted image quality, choice of options, affordability, ease of use, reliability, speed of photo taking, good strength of flash, ergonomic design, lightweightness, ...

Great image quality. Very easy to connect to PC. Like the webcam feature although there's no control over image brightness, colour balance etc. Maybe an later driver revision will improve this. On downside - there is no way to take pictures without touching the camera (ie no remote control), which is useful for doing timelapse and photography with low shutter speeds. Also, would be great if it included a timelapse feature. Video mode is great. Sound quality better than expected and I can fit ...

Fantastic camera, fantastic images! A4 size prints, crystal clear!, anyone who wants a good camera and is looking for something that will stay current in terms of image quality then this is the camera for you!!! Easy set-up, good software, good battery life... Nice cradle, nice case, good zoom, clear LCD. Not having the LCD on by default is a good thing in my opinion, it saves battery life, and its not like its a chore having to press a button! Buy this camera, you will not be disappointed! P ...

This is my first Digital camera and basically.... I'm impressed. The camera is fairly easy to use, although the menue are spread across a few pages, in either point and click or using the more interesting features. One thing I was surprised with was the camera ability to take great pictures in low light, both with and without the flash. Everyone who has seen the results I have got from the camera have been amazed at how detailed the images are, even when zooming in using an image editor. As ...

Don't waste yourmoney in a gamble on reliability. Bought a 6800z 2 months ago. First camera worked but had an inbuilt blemish on lens. Was replaced by Fuji after 3 weeks wait. Second camera failed after 2 weeks...lens jammed out...Have now asked for money back! Good points are as other reviews ...compact, easily carried, good colours, nice detailed pictures...BUT reliability/build quality...where is the Value for Money considering the cost? My ease of use is ONE because the thing didn't work ...
