Opinion: While it seems like most camera manufacturers are just putting the same old features in a new body lately, Fuji has introduced something different. The new FinePix 2800 Zoom is a midrange camera with a 6X optical zoom lens -- hey, cheap people like big lenses too!
Opinion: I don't like it.
Opinion: Sorry, not a user, but I thought this camera would be ideal for webwork - my current 1st gen Mavica has that brilliant 10x optical zoom, but the image quality (jaggies) is pretty poor, though less noticeable on "organic" subjects...The zoom on this camera looks OK, and resolution is adequate for the web and for small prints. Any user comments appreciated!
Opinion: I am looking to purchase a 2-megapixel camera and have narrowed my choices down to the kodak 3600 and the FujiFilm 2800. I'm waiting for more info on the 2800 and would appreciate anyone with info to post it. Something more meaningful than the previous postings please!
