I recently purchased this camera for my wife. This is our first digital camera, and I wanted something simple to use, yet capable of good image quality. I also wanted something inexpensive in case it didn't live up to expectations. I must say that this camera has delivered all that and much more! For such an inexpensive camera images come out colorful, well exposed, and sharp. I am delighted to discover that A4 size enlargements are possible, and actually look quite good. The biggest ...

This is my first digi-cam. I was shopping in $200 (US) / 2MP category. Overall I'm satisfied. I have not printed anything, but for the screen the camera is more than enough. Quality is good. You can check out my 3 galleries at: http://www.stan888.com/peace_rally/index.html The software that comes with this cam is only enough to transfer images to your computer. Two sets of alkaline battries lasted 1 day = 75 images, 1 x 45-second movie, ~2 hours of standby, mostly using viewfinder. Menus are ...

I am a true newbie when it comes to digital cameras, but I have always wanted one, so this month I decided to get it. I looked at allot of cameras and finally ended up with this one and I must say that it's great! It's easy to use, just pop in the batteries + the xd card, slide the cover and your ready to shoot! For ppl that don't know so much about cameras I can say that this is a VERY GOOD choice, if you don't believe me, go and try it yourself, you will not get disappointed! Here are some ...

This camera is all that I wanted, with a cheap price. All this megapixel stuff was mega confusing, but seeing the quality of these pictures, I couldn't ask for more. The camera was so cheap too! It was a great deal, and I would recommend you to get this camera if you're looking for beautiful high quality photos in an easy to use set up. Problems: The screen goes black for several sections after I take a picture. It can be very annoying at times. Other than that, I haven't experienced any ...

This is my first digital camera and have used it for about 2 months. In general I like it but it does have some short-comings. I do like the image quality when using outdoors or indoor(close-up) flash, however have not had good luck printing them on an Epson C80 printer (getting better after extensive testing of papers and printing parameters). When indoors with longer distance shots, sporting events and pool shots, it gives what I would consider very poor results. The camera would at best ...

Nice clear photographs. Loves lots of light indoors. Check out what the 2650 can do here; http://blacks.sympatico.ca/blacks/control/photosite/michaelgrube@blacks? Problems: Turns off with the slightest brush against the battery cover , and also the sliding lens cover, both.

This little camera has the feel of a film camera. Its my first attempt at digital photography and has been an enjoyable one! I am use to the heft of a F-1, which I have a good collection, and have several A-1's. I initially purchased this camera mainly for pc use and uploading pics. My wife has pretty well taken it over as it is easy to operate and takes exceptionally good snapshots. Resolution and sharpness is good enough for even some 5x7 photo prints, 8x10 with a little work. For ...

My daughter and I shopped the market for the best camera in the couple hundred bucks beginners point'n'shoots. In addition, I have to say that nothing on the market right now really impressed me as much as this great little camera. I own many digital cameras, and have been in photography, for many more years than I'd like to admit (Not that: I'm lookin for any young chicks or anything like that) but, I am really satisfied with the quality of the image this little point and shoot will give. ...
