I have had my printer long enough to have burned several thousand dollars in ink, with zero problems. I agree with the two previous post and add that this printer does NOT use pigment ink which may be a disadvantage for some, however I print mostly on metallic paper and the transparent ink in this printer lets the metal shine through the image with stunning results. Don't be fooled by the low price you will pay more for the ink.
