I briefly owned a K5IIs so im familiar with a lot of things Pentax but that was a while ago and before I started paying more attention to the technical aspects of AF. I currently own Canon and Nikon and have a healthy understanding of their apsc AF capability. I however miss my Pentax (it took a spill onto a hardwood floor) and the price of the K3 is looking really good. But, I have kids and they move around a lot which is one reason I was drawn to Canon most recently; I enjoy the complexity...
I am thinking about purchasing a Canon 70D in the near future. Has anyone heard if Canon is planning an upgrade or replacement body for the 70D? I can wait if Canon is planning an upgrade soon. Otherwise should I go ahead and purchase it now? I am interested in your thoughts. Thank You.
I am 17 currently using my grandfathers 7d.I want to start doing some paid portrait sessions i understand in terms of pure image quility the nikon is beteer but the question is should i save up and buy the nikon and lenses or buy the canon 70d and use his lenses until i can afford my own thanks

I used...
I've been shooting with a Canon T3i aka 600D for nearly 3 years. At this point I feel I have out grown the camera, in terms of functionality/ease of use. Which has brought me to an all to common spot, where should I go next? I almost consistently shoot street, whether it be people, architecture or snapshots. I find carrying a DSLR for this to be incredibly cumbersome, and even worse makes me stand out more than I would like too. Currently, a friend of mine is loaning me his fairly new 70D,...
I am looking to get a new camera (currently I have the t4i) 70D or T6s? I am wondering if there where be a significant update in image quality and which would give me the most bang for my buck. What one has the best image quality for nature, landscape, portrait and still photography? Video is not a concern of mine. Thank you for your time and answers. Please give details why and feel free to ask me for more details as well. -A newbie.
