My review is a little different than what a camera expert would say. I am reviewing it from the point of view of a professional photographer with the following categories what I love and what I disappointed . I LOVE; Ability to shoot in low light ( High ISO ) please see my sample taking during an event, overall working of the camera, price in comparison to competitors, abilities and diversity, long life of batteries, diversity, enjoy saving money on smart cards rather than more expensive cf ...

I wanted to go FF and hesitated a long time between this camera and Nikon D600. In the end I got swayed by the better lens portfolio on Canon side, more specifically by the peerless 70-200 f2.8L USM IS II and to some extent also by the fear of having to deal with the oil spots issue. I do not regret my decision, although the camera is not perfect. There are a couple of shortcomings with respect to both comparably priced competition and 5dmk3, but I'll leave that to spec homework. There are ...

I've been shooting with the 5DM3 for quite sometime now, and when i get to test the 6D, after an hour with it, I bought one without any hesitation and maxed out my credit card. It's the SIMPLER version of 5D mark lll and a lot fun to use. Yes, we're back with the standard 11 point autofocus, mediocre video mode, and some downgraded parts like posh plastic on top and front and they say plastic on the LCD cover, but it's decent and somewhat feels like a fiber glass instead of plastic to me. ...

Feels great in my hand. Control layout is uncluttered and very easy to use. Menu is advanced but simple to understand. Viewfinder is clean and bright (not too many AF points to interfere with my view). Live view is excellent and the magnification allows you to check your focusing accuracy. The battery seems to last forever. Image quality is stellar. Colours are spot on and the metering works perfectly. I'm very pleased, and, really, image quality is all that counts when you use a camera. High ...

Have had the 6D for a few months now. Mainly switched from 5DMII for 60fps video without losing full frame sensor. Glad I made the switch. Didnt think I would use wifi but has actually come in handy. Was able to send some good photos of my nephew's first bike race last weekend to my phone and then text to family. Menus have more options and camera feels just as durable. My only complaint about the 6D is that I get the "recording has stopped" while videoing and depending on what you're ...

usually people compare the 6D with the 5D mk III. i think that it is actually a better 5D mk II at a lower price. i think that that what it was intend and so it achieve that goal beautifully.
