I've been in the process of finding a really nice bridge camera to use for car shows that I frequent as well as an upcoming trip to Niagara Falls. I had previously been using an old PowerShot A560 and my iPhone and had been wanting to pick up a DSLR to start taking some more professional photos. I have had this camera since the middle of December 2012. I bought it as a tag along camera for use on quick walks and when carrying a bag with equipment is not desirable. My first choice would have been the Canon G12 or Nikon equivalent, however the price points on these were more than I cared to spend for this purpose.
