Opinion: Excellent Camera. Differences compared to Canon V3 not too big, however it is slightly smaller. I tested the Pentax Optio S as well and I have to conclude that quality of construction of this camera is much better (it´s hard to scratch the metal body, whereas the Optio S is very sensitive to scratches).
Images and handling are much better too.

Problems: Only 2x optical zoom !

Opinion: The Camer is not worth its price, i think its a really bad camera since the processor in the camera is so slow it takes a very long time to load the pictures. its a small cam, but the features are poor.

Problems: too slow, not enough specified features

Opinion: Just got the camera a week ago, have taken about 200 shots. The quality of the shots is impressive for an ultra-compact, I have tried the Optio S before, which gave way worse results in outside, not to mention the inside shots, which were awful.
File sizes are ok, however they are about 5-10% bigger, than the ones, posted in the review.
Have read a lot of reviews, specifications and owner comments, looking for the best ultra-compact on the market, and decided to go for this camera. In europe the price is a little bit less, than the Minolta DiMAGE Xt, which, I think is the closest competitive.

Problems: Only 2x optical zoom
Ugly rubber cover on the side
Does not support 1280x960 mode
