Hello there, I'm new here and also new to the Samsung line of cameras. And already I have a question :) (And beforehand: please excuse my English, it's not my native language) My girlfriend bought the NX300 a few days ago, and we have started to make some test photos and videos with it. Everything seems fine with the photos, but as we were reviewing the videos on a computer, we found that there is some sort of "flicker" in all the recordings. I'm not so very experienced in digital filmmaking,...

Does the NX2000 (and the NX300) offer you the option to adjust shutter speed, aperture and ISO while shooting video? I'm pretty sure you can adjust it beforehand but I have found no mention in the reviews about my question. Thanks in advance.

I'm a recent convert to the NX system, coming from Nikon wanting to downsize body and lens. One thing i've noticed in cleaning up my Aperture library is that none of my photos taken with my NX300 have the lens model listed in the EXIF data? I know about the Samsung RAW incompatibility issue in iPhoto/Aperture, but is the lack of lens model a similar OSX limitation or do they just not include the lens model name in the EXIF? Thanks for any info.

I've got an NX300 w/ 18-55mm lense coming in about a week. Can anyone recommend a compatible lense filter pack? So far I have seen the Zeikos ZE-FLK58 kit (under $8) and also the Hoya digital filter set (about $70).

I want to shoot more selfies :P Just kidding.  I want the control dial on the back.  30mm has no iFn and it would be annoying without the rear dial.

Hello,  new hear but since buying my nx300 have found the answers to most my questions by lurking around here so hoped you might be able to help. i would like to get the nx 45mm lens as a first step into portrait photography and would probably use it exclusively as a 2d lens.  Thing is for the difference in price if the 3d one will perform as well as the 2d one for 2d photography then i will spend the extra as i could well find a use for the 3d function. But since my priority is 2d i don't...

My NX210 uses the BP-1030 battery and includes a charger. As I understand it the NX300 does not include a charger. My question, will my NX210 charger accept and charge the BP-1130 batteries. Thinking about upgrades here in the near future. --Bryanwww.bcmcue.com

Hi, I'm still disappointed with my NX300 behaviour : erratic white balance and exposure, very slow response and write time, ... when I manage to get a picture (works better with non-living subjects, even trees are patient enough, as I'm only using RAW) I find it very nice nice, but I just can't keep on going this way. It should be like any of my former cheap DSLRs (pentax K200, D90, ...) without a mirror, but it's more akin my father's CANON p&s.  Has anybody used a X100S too, is it as slow...

Long time lurker, not much posting (but hope to become more active now). I bought my wife an NX300 as she needed something more than a P&S and didn't like carrying around a DSLR. It got me thinking that I don't carry mine as much as I used to either so I am considering dumping my 2 DSLR's and buying either the NX20 or NX30. I found a deal on an NX20 w/18-55mm (kit lens) and the 50-200mm for under $600. I was considering the 50-200mm for my wife anyway so I guess the question is, is it worth...

Hi there I recently purchased the Samsung NX300 and had no idea how much I would fall in love with it (and that after I  had a DSLR Canon). I do, however, want to take my birding photography to a next level and would need a 500mm lense for this.  Does anyone have some concrete news on development of Samsung 500mm lense in forseeable future?  Alternatively, has anyone used a lense converter with a lense like Canon or Nikon on the NX300? I would like to hear from you.
