Hi all, I've found a particular issue with my NX1000. Sometimes with very short time exposure (like during a sunny day) the picture is VERY overexposured and "burned" (some days every 5-6 pictures, sometimes every 30 pictures). If I take another picture with the same time/iso/aperture immediately there aren't any problem. I can barely noticed this effect when the exposure is about 1/100 sec, but it happens. No matter wich lens or mode i can choose; the camera has the latest fw. I already...

Hello, There are great deals on used NX1000 cameras and I'm considering getting one. Was the slow RAW write locking the camera for 5-6sec ever fixed with the firmware upgrades? I use only RAW and waiting 5 sec after each photo taking will be a pain. If not, what is the first NX model with acceptable RAW speed write?  Thank you! --Valentinhttp://picasaweb.google.com/valphot

Hello there! Today I noticed a strange pulsing when filming on my NX1000: https://youtu.be/K4oLl6RvT2g It happens outside too, so it's not bad bulbs at my home. Somebody has any idea what can it be? I was using the camera outside, about -4*C, maybe something doesn't like cold? Sorry about the focus but tha's what it's like in dark room with NX1000 ;)

Hi....first of all sorry about me english...i am looking some answers that i couldn´t find on reviews... 1.Does the intervalometer mode of nx500 works on Manual mode??....and can the camera makes raw-28mpx-files in this mode? 2. (if the answer to the first ask is no.....with an external intervalometer) 3. I have a...

I know 30mm is slow to focus, but all experience I have is with slow body as well, the nx1000. I'm not looking for information on single shot performance. I would like to know whether it's at all usable for af-c, even on slower fps, especially in lower light. Information on af-c in video is also welcome.

I have just bought the NX1000.  I didn't set up the camera when I first put the battery in. Now I cannot work out how to do this.  I am trying to follow the manual instructions and they are not making sense to me. I can change language but I can't get the time zone to come up.  Please help.

Hi ! This is a question for DxO Optics Pro users wh own an NX30. I have been using DxO Optics Pro happily with my NX1000 and never had any issue (even if the following "problem" is not really an issue in a strict meaning). Since I got my NX30 I have noticed a strange thing. If I load a RAW file (shot with NX30), DxO reads the EXIF perfectly and tells me what lens was used to shoot the photo. If I load a JPG, there is no lens appearing in the field. The result is that, for JPG photos, DxO...

Hi ! I recently discovered that my NX30 can shoot in Program and Shutter priority modes without giving the "check your lens" message I get with the NX1000 ? Just for a confirmation of what I think. As long as the aperture cannot be set by the camera in S and P modes, there is no use in using it in these modes with legacy manual lenses. Am I right ? If I'm not right in thinking that, what would be the use of shooting in these modes with manual lenses ? CheersJay
