I got this camera about 10 months ago, and at first I thought it was a pretty good camera. The touch screen is nice and if you use the digital zoom, it has up to 81x zoom. But about 2 months after I got it, I noticed that the picture quality was deteriorating. I was forced to use 800 or 1600 ISO (in broad daylight) because otherwise, the picture would turn out too dark (even with flash). As a result, my pictures turned out with a lot of noise (although even with 200 and 400 ISO the pictures ...

I got this camera about 10 months, and at first, it was great! The touch screen is nice and if you use digital zoom, it has up to 81x zoom. But after about 2 months I noticed that the picture quality was getting worse. Also, you have to set the ISO on 800 or 1600 and the pictures turn out with a lot of noise, because otherwise the picture would turn out too dark (even with flash). This is my second Lumix, (my first one was a Lumix FX3), and although this one is better than the FX3 by quite a ...

I am a semi-professional photographer, and wanted a small travel camera to go along with my DSLR. I have owned Panasonic's TZ1, TZ5, ZS3, ZS6. The ZS6 was a disappointment regarding low light image quality. I purchased the ZS10 after I looked at the new specs, and saw that they changed the sensor and added the Handheld Nightshot Mode. This new model is amazing! The low light photos are clean and have low level noise as compared to the ZS6 and ZS3. I was able to use manual mode as well to ...

I owned a TZ7 for 3 years and I had a problem. Some dust particle has found its way into the lens and I cannot clean it. The camera was perfect for pictures and movie. It was my first compact camera and I was surprised about the quality. So i bought december 2011 a TZ20 and I am very disappointed! The TZ7 is Much better than the TZ20 especially when there is little light. The pictures and movies are bad quality, very noisy. Also the GPS is disappointed! Works very slow, sometimes 5 a 10 ...

I actually upgraded twice in this line of cameras from Panasonic. They really had me going for their Travel Zooms. But this last upgrade is a shame. A mistake made in the name of pixel-madness. The pictures coming out of this camera are very very bad. Even in daylight when the camera goes over ISO 200, there is noise visible in 100% crops. The pixel are just too tiny. It really is a shame, because I found the GPS feature to be really handy while loading the pictures into Aperture. For the ...

The Inteligent Auto works pretty well, very smart. Focusing the object is quick and presise in any condition of light. The Wide and Telephoto works what I expect to be. BUT, the image it produce is dissapointing me. I fail to look at the detail when I have to put the image in full-scale, due to annoying noise of the image even in base ISO 0f 100. But for small picture, the image is demanding...close to the real-world.

We weren't sure between the Samsung WB210 and the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS10. As I own a Samsung Galaxy S Android phone, the Samsung's touch screen was appealing, and we were concerned about the Panasonic screen reflexion while outdoor. But as we were upgrading from a loved Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ5, we were confident it couldn't be worst. The Panasonic screen work just fine, and I didn't see any big difference from my Samsung SmartPhone, although I can't say the SmartPhone and the WB210 are ...
