Hi all. Simple question apart from the GPS  the TZ27. TZ30 and TZ31 are  the same camera? Can hardly find any info on the TZ27. looked at the Manual and all three are there in the same manual. Been Offered a TZ27 boxed all paper work and cables ect. £45 posted  Not bothered about GPS it just drains battery. A grid reference and memo app on my mobile doe the job. :-D Cheers

I have a Nikon D5100, great for low light and action.  But a pain to travel with.  Is there a compact or subcompact less than $300 that would be able to take kids in low light or on swings or a air jumping toy.  My Panasonic TZ3 superzoom cannot get the kids on a swingset. --I worked on the IBM 650 (tubes)

Budget: ~$300ishWhat I take photos of: I'm out in all weather (in Seattle, it rains a lot, except for that 60 day stretch we call "summer" where it doesn't rain at all!), just like take photos and/or video of things I see while wandering around on a daily basis, buildings, mountains, birds, flowers (both distance and macro), people, graffiti, sunsets (it's winter now, so am often wandering around in the evening), sometimes I see something funny or quirky and want to take a quick shot before I...
