I purchased the C8080 two years ago, shortly after it came out and it was responsible for rekindling an interest in photography, which I share with my kids. Simply the best P&S digital camera in the market today. Extremely high build quality and image quality. It is also an excellent value for money because it is now selling under $600. Low light focus is not a problem if you do not use spot focus. Problems: - Slow memory card write and read speed. - Slow battery re-charge time (new battery costs about $10, you should buy a few extra).
