Is there any software (apart from HyperUtility) downloadable from Fuji which allows some control in converting RAF files? I've tried Finepix Studio and Finepix Viewer, but I only seem to be allowed to edit JPEGS. The Edit tool is greyed out for RAFs. Sorry if this is a well known question, but I don't yet have an S5 and I'm just trying out some files I took in a shop with a secondhand S5. I'd like to compare the Fuji result with DXO and CS Raw, which do work, but maybe not optimally? The...

I know shooting jpeg has limitations, and i actually shoot RAW with my S5 Pro with LR4 and i do actually get fantastic results with the S5 and LR4, but unfortunately what i am seeing with the XE1 files are plain garbage in all aspects. But right now since i don't have the proper software for the XE1 I am trying to learn how to shoot the best possible jpegs, which I think fuji jpegs are the best. BUT, i am seeing several issues as i am shooting more and more and this is where i need your...

I would like to buy more fuji lenses other than the 18-55 to use them on my S5 Pro as well. Is this not possible?

The Xpro1 has dropped in price a bit, not much but now is at 999 in amazon. i did love how the Xpro1 feels on my hands, specially with bigger manual focus lenses. I don't do fast action shooting, so i really don't require the camera to be "faster" than my existing Fuji S5 Pro. By the way, is the Xpro1 faster than the S5 Pro??? I was wondering that. Still, no one knows how the skin tones of the XT1 will perform in high iso, and i am still waiting to find out. I personally did not like the feel...

Hi folks!  Does anybody just happen to have both these cameras? I had nikon, but don't like the skin tones.  And please, don't tell me skin tones are just an imagination.  I have heard that a million times.  There IS a difference among all camera brands, even within the same brand sometimes.  I am just not too familiar with canon. This the pickle i am in.  I now have the S5 pro, but i would really like the high iso capability of a newer camera.  I am not looking in getting something that will...

Are images produced by X-E1 are comparable to S5 pro or  despite camera age, s5 pro colors are  still hard to beat even for X-e1?  Thanks ...

Hi lighting experts, it is a pleasure to be here for the very FIRST time. I recently bought and fell in love with my Fuji S5 PRO.  I mainly shoot friends/kids/ portraits, and i am interested in buying some sort of light/flash system.  I honestly don't know anything about lighting gear so i couldn't even name a the correct part because i don't know lighting terminology, but where i work i saw that someone was taking photos of some parts and there was some sort of external yellow looking device...

I currently own Fuji S5 Pro with Nikon 35 1.8; Nikon 80-200 AFD; and Nikon 50 1.4 AF lens as wel as the Fuji x100.   I am thinking of getting rid of the Fuji S5 and all the lenses and buying a Fuji XE1 with 18-55 lens. What should I do?

I had a nikon D7000 and sold it about three months ago and bought me the S5 PRO and i am in love with the camera, i am sure i will keep this camera for ever. But soon i will need a more modern camera for low light and sharper images. I am being honest here, i might just buy a D7100, but i get the feeling that this camera might end up disappointing me in the end also, specially because i didn't really really like the skin tones from my previous D7000, some folks have said the new one has...

Hi,I have a Fuji S5 pro that I love very much.  I was thinking of getting the AA filter removed so I can get even more clarity and resolution.  Is it worth it as I plan on using this camera for portraits and family pics for the forseeable future.  My second camera is a Fuji X100. Thanks
