I love this little camera!! I bought it 3 years ago and then tried upgrading last year. After trying 3 cameras in the $400-600 dollar range , Sony, kodak, i took them back. My Fuji A200 had better color. I print off 8x10 photos and they look fantastic! This looks like a cheap camera, but i find it very rugged. I dropped it on a cement floor last year, it still works great. We drove past Niagara Falls last year & took a pix @ 30 km an hour & it turned out great. No shutter lag! Wow! Very good ...

Got one of these secondhand recently (US$65). Frankly as a snapshot for the family snapshots. Extremely easy to use menus and controls, almost no shutter lag, handy size (not too big, not too small) and the test prints (6x4 from Kodak kiosk)were colourful, well exposed and tack sharp. Macro shots at 6 inches were well exposed even with flash. LCD review allows 4x magnification to view detail. Runs on 2 AA so no problems there, plastic contruction is sturdy enough and the on/off also controls ...

I'm new to using a digital camera and this camera was very easy to use. even on the manual settings it took little time to understand and make sense of the settings. the camera is pretty tough too as i dropped it once and it didn't even show a scratch. outdoor pics seem bright and clear when using the manual settings. very good value at $249 canadian. recommend this camera to anyone who is entering the digital camera world. Problems: would like to have seen the zoom work on the finer picture ...

it's good camera with lowest price. Problems: i just bought finepix A 202, 2 days ago. The box, usb cable, cd-rom and guaranteed card were stolen. i asked to the store and it's can't guaranteed, if the guaranteed card is lost althought the seal is available.

Takes great pictures, is easy to use, some auto settings are troublesome in the way they think a setting should be (got red-eye right out of the box with auto setting). But for the money it is a good basic unit. Problems: Only real problems noted is the bundled driver and software. It took seven tries to get it to install but once installed it was easy to use but a pain to unload the ram-like drive when unpluging the camera from the system.

Used for three months. Good features but very poor lens quality e.g. distortion on edges of image, poor resolution. Limited light sensitivity. Flash OK and skin tones excellent. Annoying rattles in all examples of this camera. Lens lets it down therefore not good value. Extra HQ mode does not look different from HQ mode so is a waste. Best feature is the superb memory card. Problems: None.

the word here is simple and it works well - i could spend this amount on film, which i still use for high resolution -this for the moment is a good compromise- think what this would have cost just a couple years ago. Problems: none
