Casio has today announced the QV-2100, a fairly unremarkable 2 megapixel
digital camera except for the fact that it takes SD/MMC storage cards.
The camera doesn't come with MMC cards, instead it has 16 MB of built-in
flash storage, the MMC slot is for additional storage. Casio has been
a strong Compact Flash supporter in the past so this camera is fairly
significant as it may indicate Casio's choice for its future compact digital
cameras. Time will tell.
