These new digital cameras are both 7.1 megapixel / 3x zoom / DIGIC III jobs, and if you're looking for distinguishing features the SD 750 has a 3.0-inch screen and the SD 1000 is Canon's slimmest model to date, squeezing in at only 19.4mm thick (or should that be thin?).
