Nikon clarify XP compatibility update

The
NikonTech USA website that Nikon has announced its software updates to
make NikonScan, NikonCapture, NikonView fully compatible with Windows
XP. According to the NikonTech website these updates will now be available
on December 20th. Several products won't be supported on a Serial interface
