SanDisk has today announced a new line of high speed Compact Flash cards which will carry the name 'Ultra'. Available as 'label capacity' sizes of 128, 192, 256, 384 and 512 megabytes. The SanDisk press release states that these new cards "have a sustained write speed of up to 2.8 megabytes (MB) per second". We have today received a test sample 512 MB Ultra card and will be posting the results of our tests very soon.
