Only
two days ago it was noted that Canon Germany had (too hastily it turns
out) posted a firmware update to fix the incompatibility S10 owners were
suffering with the IBM Microdrive (CF Type II storage card). The update
is now available on Canon's BeBit website for download by S10 owners.
