Benro introduces Cool Walker line of camera bags in the UK

Benro has announced a new 'Cool Walker' line of camera bags through its UK distributor, Kenro. According to the press release, the Cool Walker line is aimed at travel and sports photographers, and includes thirteen variants of backpacks, shoulder and zoom bags. The smallest bag in the line can carry one SLR and a lens, while the largest is designed to carry two SLRs, eight lenses, two flashguns and a 15" laptop.

The Cool Walker backpacks range from £101.94 to £154.20, shoulder bags are priced between £37.80 to £47.40 and the zoom bags start at £36.60 to £57. All UK prices include VAT. U.S. and Euro pricing/availability has yet to be confirmed.

April 16, 2013: Kenro, the official UK and Ireland distributor for the acclaimed Benro range of photographic accessories, has announced the launch of a new range of Benro camera bags.

Specifically designed to meet the needs of the travel and sports photographer, the new 'Cool Walker' range consists of 13 variants of backpacks, shoulder bags and zoom bags and made with high quality construction to provide the best protection for photographic equipment.

The Cool Walker Backpack is available in six sizes, the smallest being able to carry one SLR, two lenses and one flash and the largest designed to carry two SLRs, six or eight lenses, two flashes and a 15 inch laptop. Its ergonomic harness system is designed for maximum ventilation to provide optimum comfort and reduce uneven heavy loading, meaning photographers need not be concerned about any problematic back pain that may occur through carrying heavy equipment for long periods of time.

For maximum convenience, Benro has added a side pocket which provides'instant access' to camera gear located inside the backpack, meaning photographers need never miss a photo opportunity whilst rummaging through their kit bag. The front pocket can store a mobile phone, cloths, cables and other small accessories whilst the front compartment is ideal for storing chargers, cleaning equipment and other accessories.

Also available within the Cool Walker range are a choice of modern shoulder bags which come in three convenient sizes; the smallest size being able to fit one SLR and one lens, to the largest size fitting one SLR, two lenses and one flash. Photographers can also be assured that their gear will be protected through the bags substantial padding and compact compartments whilst attaining utmost comfort through its tough shoulder strap.

Cool Walker zoom bags have been specifically designed to meet the needs of the photographer who wants to carry minimal equipment whilst not compromising on quality or protection. There are four sizes of the zoom bag available within the range, the smallest being able to carry one SLR and one lens, and its largest size which allows the photographer to carry one SLR with battery grip and one lens (70-200) f2.8 conveniently in one compact and portable bag.

The backpacks look very nice. I'd like to see a comparison with Lowepro Flipside and Tamrac Evolution bags. I hope they make these available in the US.

These look like some nice bags. There is very little info on them as of now. There are a few images if the backpack series; and not much else. But, the construction looks to be substantial. Hope to see more detail, soon.
