Nikon updates Capture NX adding Raw support for V1/J1

Nikon has announced version 2.2.8 of its Capture NX image editing software. The latest version resolves minor bugs and extends Raw support to the recently released Nikon 1 V1 and J1 mirrorless cameras, and the Coolpix P7100 enthusiasts' compact.

Capture NX? I guess this must be for Samsung mirrorless cameras?

Nikon, make a 64 bit version of the software and than I'll be interested. It's long overdue.

oh they did it again! But how about Mac users with OS X Lion?????
On my mbp with 10.7 Capture NX2 (2.2.8) just crashing every time when I trying to run it.

+1 for that, it is crashing unexpectedly like crazy + it is impossible to create any "heavy" work such as many brush strokes and selections as it would freeze and you would have to force quit, very annoying...
