Nikon recalls some EN-EL3 batteries

Good luck trying to get it replaced. I paid $3,000 for a Nikon D800 and can't use the battery it came with. I've been tryng for over two weeks to get it replaced and keep getting the run-around from Nikon Customer Service. I was actually sent a replacement, which has to be exchanged for the old one. The next day, I received a phone call from Nikon saying not to use the replacement, they sent me another bad one. That was two weeks ago. I've been on the phone with Support almost every day since last Wednesday. (It's now Monday) I get a different excuse every time I call. I don't know what to do next.
