Casio posts Exilim EX-S500 firmware v1.01

Casio has today posted firmware version 1.0.1 for the slim five megapixel card camera the Exilim EX-S500. The new update fixes a problem which caused the wrong white balance setting to be registered when saving a user setup and a problem with distortion during movie recording.

What has been changed?

  • Fixed a problem that caused the wrong white balance setting to be registered when saving a user setup.
  • Fixes a problem that caused occasional distortion in the upper part of a snapshot recorded during movie recording.
