Thanks
to our friend Peter iNova for noting that Nikon Europe has posted a new
firmware for the Coolpix 995 digital camera. Firmware 1.7 is noted to
"improve the issue of images captured by Coolpix 995 appearing too
red when using Auto White Balance under incandescent light". It's
good to see a manufacturer continuing to support its older models as well
as the latest cameras.
