Toshiba announce PDR-M5

Toshiba today announced the PDR-M5.

Specifications so far:

• 2.14 (?) megapixel CCD (1600 x 1200, 800 x 600)
• 3 x optical zoom lens (38mm - 115mm in 35mm equiv)
• Internal flash
• 16MB internal buffer (for burst mode and fast shooting)
• Manual controls
• SmartMedia storage (8MB provided)
• Said to be compatible up to 32MB SmartMedia, up to 128MB with firmware update
• Rechargable Lithium battery (and charger provided)
• Serial / USB connectivity
