The Olympus FE-100 and FE-110

Start as you mean to go on

London, 29 August 2005 – If you struggle getting through manuals or become baffled by technology then getting to grips with a new piece of kit can feel more like a chore than the delight you envisaged whilst choosing your ideal camera. Smart snappers will be relieved to know that with the new Olympus FE-100 and FE-110 cameras they’ll be capturing pictures perfectly in minutes!

Getting to grips with all the features is easy as each control button delivers just one function so there’s no fiddling around with buttons and missing that great picture opportunity. The Olympus FE-100 is priced around £120 and will be available in shops in September and the FE-110 is priced around £150 and will be available in October.

With 5.0 and 4.0 million pixels respectively, the FE-110 and FE-100 have the pixel power to promise crystal clear images. You can check out the snaps you’ve just taken clearly on the LCD screen and to make sure you pick the ideal exposure for each picture there are four scene modes to chose from including ‘Portrait’ and ‘Night scene’.

Making sure you don’t miss any of the action the FE-100 and FE-110 both feature optical zoom lenses magnifying by x 2.8. And, so you can get up close and personal, the cameras also have Super Macro technology, which enables pictures to be taken at close range, even from just 2cms away. For moving memories both cameras can record video footage too.

To top it all the FE-100 and FE-110 are attractive and lightweight, ideal for having on you at all times, ensuring you never miss out on those one-off picture-taking moments.
