ihv: Weird, CCD for aerials? Aren't shutter speeds more critical i.e. higher ISOs are more desired? CCD goes barely ISO400-800.

If I were to take aerial, i would choose the brightest day possible with sun at the highest which produce less shadow.
Aiming at iso 100 if possible to get 1/1000. At such distance aperture is not worrying coz you focus at infinity anyway.
So iso 800 is plenty imho.

Why these folks whining over something that is so obvious. If it doesnt have it, it means the manufacture is not targeting at you to buy their stuff. Stop complaining.
Get what you need and keep taking pictures. Yes the camera cant make you a good photographer, but your skill can

Fake (I consider my self have a doubt about the photo and the technology at that time) or not, this very image create hope and imagination for our children. sending a message that YES WE CAN DO IT, WHY NOT.

That message probably what makes todays invention come to real, who could have known.

who could imagine that you can talk to your hand (while you are walking) and let someone thousands miles away listening to what you have to say.

Brain is such a powerful organs, it need stimulation from the user, and this image might somehow be that stimulant

'Inspirational' is just the exact word that this image provides
