That's a good question, but I don't think anyone is able to answer it at this point, only olympus technicians. But speculating a bit.... If the current lenses doesn't work well with PDAF that also...

I don't have a nex, but on my A65 peaking works fine in magnified view.  Peaking is a bit less noticeable in magnified view, if contrast is too low, or if you're not completely steady sometimes it...

Why? I can't see it being any different than sony's, as it detects vertical lines only, just like sony. And as far as we know so far there's no adjustments at all, only on/off. So far I can't see...
