I think that's just a cultural difference, we use corn to mean general grain in the UK and call the big yellow stuff sweetcorn. It is wheat (I think, the internet suggests that barley sags).

Sonnik: Looking at the whites of the eyes and pupils (viewed at 100%), this IS BY FAR one of the worst Photoshop OVERprocessing I've seen!!
