You must be feeling pretty "ripped off" seeing as the 'out-of-focus bike-rider' that placed #147 got no less than 8! 5-star-votes..
Maybe you feel like the man in your photo (which I like a lot by the way!

U came up at least 4 images short on the year..
(not commenting on the fact that you most likely only used 5 - 10 images to create this..)

On Everyday Life: Morning routine (Capture Date Rule) challenge (7 comments in total)

I have no entry in the challenge but here's my 2P.
From the description at top:
"Getting up when the sun rises or sleeping in late?"
Suggests no necessity for the shot to have been taken "early".
One could have a night job and therefore perform ones "morning routine" at 15:00 every day.
" Show me what represents morning routine to you."
The operating word being "represents" does not exclude images of other peoples routines.

Don't know on what rule trumpymans image was disqualified but hoping it was Exif since then it was in fact a rule-breach.

The comments made by ConanFuji and Pat Curley seem irrelevant to the rules of the challenge, except for the Exif remark.

In reply to:

higrob24: I'm really glad this won. As not only was it my favourite photo, it also followed all the hosts rules, unlike some.

The photo was however not taken with the camera portraied in the image..
I thought that was a rule of the challenge..

On Moi in the Obligatory Photographer Self-Portrait challenge (1 comment in total)

Quite a cool image..
Does not directly follow the rules of the challenge, but does say something about skill, enginuity and mindset of the photographer..
I'll be rating this one quite a bit above average..

In reply to:

mangemang: Looking at the 3 topp scores it becomes clear that people on this site require pulitzer prize-winning shots the award a 4+..
It's shameful is what it is..

to put it (my view on my 30'th place) in som eperspective..
I can see maybe 5 - 10 pictures above me in the ranking the I would have definatively put below me..
On the other hand I see 3 - 4 pictures below me that I would/could have put above me..
Fact is; photo 1, 2 & 3 are without question the three best photos (does not have to be in that order..)
But that they did not score higher than 3, 79'ish is phucking retarded..
